Dr. Eric Westerman is a licensed physician, practicing rheumatology for more than 25 years in Colorado (license number DR.0028989). Dr. Eric M. Westerman attended medical school at Western University of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific Pomona, California in 1987. He then did his both internship and Residency at Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver, Colorado. He moved to Wisconsin to complete his Rheumatology fellowship from the University of Wisconsin in 1992.
He’s been working since then at Colorado Arthritis Center as a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.). He
is the Vice-president of Colorado Rheumatism Society and is also the member associate of several foundations and societies such as Arthritis Foundation, Lupus Foundation, Colorado Medical Society, Arapahoe County Medical Society, American College of Rheumatism Regional Advisory Committee and American College of Rheumatism.
Over the years Dr. Westerman has treated patients with various injuries and chronic illnesses and he’s seen the devastating effects of traditional opioid-based pain management. He knew there had to be a better way to adequately treat pain.
